Patients referred for the treatment of Periodontal Disease have a complete periodontal examination and full mouth long cone periapicals. A report with treatment plan and copy of radiographs are provided to the referring practitioner and patients.    

 

 

 

Treatment of Periodontal Disease

Initial Therapy: A series of visits for root planing and oral hygiene instruction is first carried out by our experienced hygienists. This is followed by a review and preparation of a new treatment plan by Dr Sidi. We also offer long term periodontal maintenance for susceptible patients.

Periodontal Surgery: All forms of flap surgery are carried out as indicated including guided tissue regeneration.

Maintenance: Three monthly 45 minute appointments with the hygienist are offered to patients who require maintenance  with annual reviews with Dr Sidi.
